This juice can increase your stamina, and very good for those who have low blood pressure. The high iron surely boost your mood!
Stamina juice:
1 pack of red spinach
1 orange
1 apple
8 dates
2 glasses of water

And these fruits with high vit.C will definitely get rid of your flu. اِ نْ شَآ ءَ اللّهُ
