Overnight oat in a jar

After a 30-mins of Sunday morning run, eating this delicious bff’s-overnight-oat-in-a-jar is so refreshing & recharging!
Here’s how to make one:

Put these all together in the jar and mix em all:
3 cups (7,5 tbs) of Rolled oats
150ml of milk (I use homemade almond milk )
1 tbs of creamy yoghurt
1 tbs of chia seeds

Close the jar, then store in the fridge all night long. In the morning, add sweet tropical fruits such as mango and banana before your first scoop.
Enjoy your breakfast!
