Chia Mousse

This is my dinner tonight. Here’s how: simply mix half cup of chia seeds, 1 cup of yoghurt, 3 tbs of honey and 1 cup of almond milk/ coconut water/ mineral water in a jar. Close the lid, and leave it for 6 hours. Add sweet tropical fruits on top, and bon apetite! 😋.

By the way, actually the recipe’s name is chia pudding, but since the texture is rather creamy, so I call it mousse instead. Thanks to my dear BFF Kiky for this delicious meal (or drink?)! 😉
