This breakfast is totally a miracle. It can both maintain your cholesterol level yet reduce the cholesterol level in your arteries, and also help your weight loss program! The recipe is quite simple:

2 pcs of wheat bread 

2 tbs of honey (pure or organic honey)

2 pinches of cinnamon powder

Make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, then spread it on your bread. 

Enjoy your healthy and powerful breakfast!
