Start your day with this breakfast set:
• 1 spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil -> best omega 3 & omega 6 source for the baby’s brain development

• honeylemon shot -> preggy mommies are more vulnerable, so we need extra protection from the diseases

• overnight oats topped with your favorite seasonal fruits -> no words for this one! 😋😋😋 (check out my previous posts for the recipe of this healthy delicious meal)

• okra infused water -> contains high folic acid, best for the baby development and increases breastmilk production
