Semoga kita senantiasa berada di atas agama yg haq.

(QS. Ali Imran: 8).

Things to do kalo konvoy sama emak2 mobil matic yg jalan di depan kita:
✅ siap2 muter/mundur kalo mereka nyasar, bagaimanapun kondisi jalanannya.
✅ whatever happens: ladies first! Jangan pernah ngeduluin walopun kita tau rutenya.
✅ last but not least: mereka selalu bener.

Good luck!

Hotel Review: Turtle Beach Hotel, Ujung Genteng

29 01 2017

This is the hotel where we stayed at the Turtle Beach (Ujung Genteng). The name is Turtle Beach Hotel. The place is nice & clean. The unit has 2 identical bedrooms with a big living room & balcony. There’s no water heater in the bathroom (well, who needs a hot bath in a hot beach, right?). You are not allowed to cook in the hotel, but they provide you a gallon of water on a hot water dispenser & a fridge in your living room for your refreshment needs.

There are 3 rounded-swimming pools, and those are clean, don’t worry! The beach is totally safe for children, because it’s a coral beach.

The only objection I have for this place is only the food, especially their free-breakfast-buffet menu. But hey, there are lots of small restaurants & warungs (street vendors) by the beach nearby with bargain price that can meet your needs! Make sure you try the famous fresh grilled fish on your trip in Ujung Genteng. Have fun!

The Normal Pulse Rate During Pregnancy
By Lisa Weber Aug 16, 2013

Pregnancy brings about many changes in a woman’s body. Included in those changes may be your pulse rate, which increases during pregnancy. According to Baby Fit, a resting pulse rate is different for every woman, and is based on your level of fitness before pregnancy and your age. Your doctor will monitor your pulse rate throughout your pregnancy, and may make recommendations in your care accordingly.

What to Expect
Your normal resting heart rate will be higher during pregnancy. According to KidsHealth, a pregnant woman’s heart rate increases during pregnancy to pump more blood. As more of her blood supply goes to the uterus, her heart works harder to send enough blood to the rest of the body.

Normal Rate
A pregnant woman’s normal pulse rate depends on several factors, according to Baby Fit. These include her age, fitness level, and health before getting pregnant. However, a typical resting heart rate for an adult woman is 75 beats per minute; when pregnant, that same woman can expect her resting rate to be approximately 80 beats per minute. (Ahh.. so my 78bpm RHR is considered normal, thank God – E)

It used to be that pregnant women were advised not to allow their heart rate to go above 140 beats per min during pregnancy. However, in 1994, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology changed its recommendation because there was no evidence that a heart rate greater than 140 beats per min was harmful for the mother or baby. Instead, pregnant women should use their perceived rate of exertion to measure intensity, and aim to exercise at a level that allows them to carry on a conversation while exercising. (Ha! guess I’m ready for a Z2-Z3 course! – E)

Howdy, expecting mommies!
Start your day with this breakfast set:
• 1 spoonful of Extra Virgin Olive Oil -> best omega 3 & omega 6 source for the baby’s brain development

• honeylemon shot -> preggy mommies are more vulnerable, so we need extra protection from the diseases

• overnight oats topped with your favorite seasonal fruits -> no words for this one! 😋😋😋 (check out my previous posts for the recipe of this healthy delicious meal)

• okra infused water -> contains high folic acid, best for the baby development and increases breastmilk production
Happy tummy, happy mommy, happy baby! 👶
